How it works

Collect. Analyze. Act.

The scheduling, note-taking and deck-building that fill a study’s calendar happen in one place — so your team’s time goes into the decisions.

  1. Collect

    AI-moderated interviews, at scale

    • A study, guide and screener drafted from a short brief
    • Interviews in parallel, by chat, voice, phone or video
    • You set what each answer must cover; the AI follows up where it falls short
  2. Analyze

    Every interview, read and themed

    • Recurring themes found across every interview
    • Each theme backed by verbatim quotes from the interviews
    • Choice, ranking and scale answers counted by code, out of the people asked
  3. Act

    A readout you can defend

    • A draft readout deck (.pptx) with a headline, themes, takeaways and next steps
    • A theme with no real evidence behind it is dropped, not dressed up
    • An AI analyst to answer follow-up questions across interviews
Voice interviews

Interviews people can simply talk through.

Busy clinicians and executives would often rather talk than type. Verlox runs the same adaptive interview by voice — a natural AI voice asks, listens, and follows up — and every word becomes part of the transcript.

  • In the browserParticipants speak and listen on their phone or laptop, with no app to install.
  • On a phone callVerlox calls them. It's a real conversation: they can interrupt, and the interviewer stops to listen.
  • On videoA recorded video call, transcribed and analyzed like every other interview.
Insights

Every theme shows its quotes and its count.

A study ends with drafts you can check, not a pile of transcripts. Quotes are word for word, counts are computed from the interviews, and a theme without evidence is dropped. The headline and takeaways are AI-drafted for you to review and edit.

  • Readout deck (.pptx)A headline, themes, takeaways and next steps, ready to edit in PowerPoint.
  • Themes with their quotesEach theme carries the verbatim quotes behind it and a computed count of the interviews that raised it.
  • Counted answersChoice, ranking and scale questions tallied by code, each share shown out of the people actually asked.
  • An AI analystAsk follow-up questions across every completed interview; answers come back with the quotes behind them.
  • Full transcriptsEvery conversation, stored unchanged — the source every quote links back to.
Trust

Evidence, consent and access, on the record.

Every quote has a source

Original transcripts are stored unchanged, and every quote links back to the interview it came from.

Consent on record

Each interview opens with your consent text, and the participant’s acceptance is recorded with the time they gave it.

Personal links, optional codes

Each participant gets their own interview link. Turn on one-time codes and they must also enter a code texted to their phone before the first question.

Private to your organization

Studies are visible only to your organization, and researchers see only the studies they’re assigned to.

For experts and KOLs

Your expertise, on your terms.

Upload a résumé or just talk. Verlox builds your profile and asks only about what’s missing. You choose whether research teams can find you, and can hide your profile from specific organizations. You stay private until you opt in.

FAQ

Questions about AI-moderated interviews

What is an AI-moderated interview?

A one-to-one research interview run by an AI interviewer. It follows your discussion guide and asks follow-up questions where an answer falls short, up to a limit you set — without scheduling a human moderator for every call.

What makes an insight verifiable?

Every theme is backed by verbatim quotes from the interviews it came from, and the number of interviews behind it is computed, not written by a model. A theme with no real evidence is dropped. The deck’s headline and takeaways are drafted by AI for you to review, so you can check each one against the quotes before you act.

What do I get at the end of a study?

Themes with their verbatim quotes and computed counts, closed-question answers tallied by code, a draft readout deck (.pptx) with a headline, takeaways and next steps, full transcripts, and an AI analyst you can question across every interview — all drafts for your review.

Who is Verlox for?

Teams that learn from experts and customers at scale: pharma medical and commercial teams, expert networks, B2B product and discovery teams, and market researchers. It is a research tool, not a way to screen job candidates.

What is the experience like for participants?

They open their personal link — and, if your study requires it, enter a one-time code texted to their phone — then answer one question at a time, typing or speaking, on a phone or a computer.

Can I use Verlox for KOL interviews and advisory board insights?

Yes. It is designed for KOL and HCP debriefs, advisory board follow-ups and MSL field insights, with safety keyword flags kept apart from research findings.

What happens if a participant mentions an adverse event?

Transcripts are screened with keyword rules for possible adverse events — side effects, allergic reactions, hospitalisation, pregnancy exposure, off-label use, medication errors — as well as safety concerns, complaints and restricted topics, during and after the interview. Flags are logged separately from research findings and linked to the transcript for your team to review. This is an aid, not a pharmacovigilance system: your adverse-event reporting procedures stay in force.

Can I try it before running a study?

Yes. After you sign up, you can open a finished sample study and explore its interviews, themes and deck. Or book a 30-minute walkthrough and we’ll show it running on your research question.
